✓ Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung (alternativ: Bachelorabschluss mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung)
✓ Gerne ab 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in Softwareprojekten
✓ Kenntnisse in Programmierung und fundierte Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
✓ Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit Projektmethoden und Tools
✓ Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
✓ Reisebereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen für komplexe Kundenanforderungen zu finden
✓ EU-Arbeitserlaubnis

✓ Du definierst und optimierst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden und dem internen Team Businessprozesse und deren Abbildung in Standard-Software inklusive Customizing
✓ Du übernimmst die Beratung und Umsetzungsüberwachung von Anforderungen unserer Kunden in tragfähige End2End-Prozesse
✓ Du organisierst die Durchführung von Aufgaben von Enterprise Applications bis zum OPC UA-Server im Shop Floor
✓ Du betreust den gesamten Fertigungszyklus, von der Planung bis zur Fertigungsrückmeldung
✓ Du berätst unsere Kunden umfassend zu Lösungen für die Digitalisierung der Fertigung, inklusive Digitaler Zwilling und Industrial Layer
