How does the application process work with us?
You bring that with you
✓ A completed master's degree in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or a similar field (alternatively: bachelor's degree with several years of professional experience)
✓ Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in software projects
✓ Knowledge of programming and in-depth experience in implementing IT projects
✓ High IT affinity and confident use of project methods and tools
✓ German and English skills at C1 level
✓ Willingness to travel and the ability to find solutions to complex customer needs
✓ EU work permit
✓ Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in software projects

✓ You support projects in the area of Industry 4.0 for our customers from medium-sized businesses and large industries
✓ In collaboration with customers and the internal team, you define and optimize business processes and their mapping in standard software including customizing
✓ You will be responsible for advising and monitoring the implementation of our customers' requirements into viable end-to-end processes
✓ You organize the execution of tasks from enterprise applications to the OPC UA server on the shop floor
✓ You oversee the entire production cycle, from planning to production feedback
✓ You provide our customers with comprehensive advice on solutions for the digitalization of production, including digital twins and industrial layers
✓ In collaboration with customers and the internal team, you define and optimize business processes and their mapping in standard software including customizing
✓ You will be responsible for advising and monitoring the implementation of our customers' requirements into viable end-to-end processes
